'Ōpio Mākeke @ Na Lama Kukui

At 'Ōpio Mākeke, we believe every keiki has the potential to be a future entrepreneur. By applying to our program, young innovators will gain invaluable skills that will not only play a crucial role in their business ventures but lay a foundation for their future success.

• The 'Ōpio Mākeke will take great care to limit the number of businesses in specific categories to avoid too many similar business concepts.
• All entries will be automatically entered in the business competition, with booths judged on criteria such as most original business idea, highest business potential, and best presentation/creativity.
• Each booth consists of one 6 or 8-foot table and 2 chairs. Table covers are not provided. You may bring your own tables and set up if you choose to do so, but please advise us in advance.
• No more than 2 participants per booth/business idea.
• Participants are to be responsible for setup, sales, and interacting with customers.
• Food items must be individually packaged (e.g., cookies in individual bags, bottled drinks, pre-packaged snacks). No cooking or processing of food will be allowed on-site.
